MANORAMABAI MUNDLE DEPARTMENT OF ARCHITECTURE (Self Financing) |
Smt. Manoramabai Mundle Department of Architecture was started
from the session 1993-94 which offers a five year degree
course in Architecture (B. Arch.) in the faculty of Engineering
& Technology on No-Grant Basis. The
course is recognized by the A.I.C.T.E. (New Delhi), Council
of Architecture, New Delhi, the Govt. of Maharashtra, and
Nagpur University. The course is for girls only.
M. Arch. in Architecture Education was started in the session 2007-2008
Eligibility (B. Arch. Course):-
No candidate, with less than 50% marks
in aggregate, shall be admitted to the architecture course
unless she has passed an examination at the end of the new
10+2 scheme of Senior Schools Certificate Examination or
equivalent with Mathematics and English as subjects of examinations
at the 10+2 level.
or
10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognized by Central / State Governments with 50% aggregate marks.
or
International Baccalaureate Diploma, after 10 years of schooling, with not less than 50% marks in aggregate and with Mathematics as compulsory subject of examination.
All Admissions to Architecture Degree course shall be subject to passing of National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture.
The department is official center of National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA)
Eligibility (M. Arch. Course):-B.Arch. Degree of recognized university securing minimum second class (55%) with/without valid gate score.
