Other Information

The College offers, instruction in English, Hindi and Marathi in Arts courses and in English in the Home Science, Science, B.Tech. (H.Sc.) & B.Arch. courses. In the Commerce faculty the medium of instruction is English and Marathi.

FACILITIES

1. The college has an Assembly-cum-Recreation Hall named Dr. Niyogi Hall on College Grounds at Shankar Nagar, where all the students of the different faculties can assemble for General Education & Cultural
programmes. The College also has Gymnasium with the facility of Jogger Cycle, Rowing machine and workout stations. The College is cosmopolitan in outlook and is service oriented in spirit. Eminent visitors have been
kind enough to say that the college merits to be an independent University for women.
2. Library: (S. P.Gharpure Information Center) there are two fully equipped computerized with Internet facilities College Libraries besides few departmental
Libraries. Main general Library is located at Shankar Nagar College Campus. The other is at Seminary Hills College Campus. Both the libraries are being managed by qualified Librarian, Asstt. Librarian other staff and
also an Advisory Committee.

Rules of the Library :

i) All bonafide students are eligible to use the library.

ii) Every student gets borrowers card on payment of Rs. 15/- If the card is lost, the student is required to inform the matter in writing to the Librarian immediately. Duplicate card on payment of Rs. 20/- only shall be issued.
